Meet Rachel…

Hi, I’m Rachel McAuley Hughes, and golf has been a defining part of my life since I first picked up a club at 12 years old, to achieving a dream of turning professional at 18. From the moment I started playing, I was completely hooked. The thrill of seeing my hard work pay off, as practice turned into progress, ignited a passion in me that has only grown stronger with time.

I knew almost instantly that golf was more than just a hobby—it was my calling. The game has given me so much more than just the ability to play; it’s taught me the importance of communication, building relationships, and embracing challenges.

This journey is what inspired me to create She’s Got Game. I believe golf is a sport that deserves a stronger, more inclusive community for women. My goal is to support, inspire, and empower women to thrive in golf, both on and off the course. Through this network, I hope to share the skills, lessons, and love for the game that shaped my life—and create a space where women in golf can truly shine.
